The hotel is located in a calm and peaceful area with a beautiful park nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was satisfying and reasonably priced, with plenty of options to choose from. a great experience.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location was reasonably close to Dresden City Centre. It was in pleasant surroundings.

It was noisy from the road traffic - particularly the fire engines! There was quite a lot of rowdy noise from the park in the square late at night. From the website, it is not clear that it is a non-smoking hotel or that it can cater for special diets where necessary.

Very pleasant hotel personal, nice and large room with clean bathroom, comfortable kitchen corner with couple sets of cooking utensils. A rich choice of food at the breakfast.

A little bit difficult to reach the tram stop by walk. The distance to the downtown, apprx. 10min by tram

During our recent stay at a hotel in this area, we found both positive and negative aspects. the hotel is conveniently located close to the tram station, providing easy access to the historical city center. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the bathroom was small and in need of updating. Although the staff was generally helpful, we did have some negative interactions with a few members of the team. it was an adequate hotel but did not quite meet our expectations.

The hotel’s bathroom facilities were outdated and could use some improvement.

The hotel staff was kind and friendly, always ready to help. I had a clean spacious room with a small kitchen (a small fridge, wash basin etc), one can readily prepare dinner. Excellent breakfast.

It is located quite far from the center of the city but one can get to the nearest tram station within 10 min. The windows of my room were facing the street, it was quite noisy in the morning if a window was open.

The staff were very friendly, they spoke good English and were very helpful. The room was large and very clean with a seperate kitchen if you needed it. The breakfast was excellent. It also had a private car park.

The hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of cleanliness, and the staff was really lovely and helpful. Additionally, the location is great! It is conveniently located near a tram station that can take you to the city center in just 10 minutes. Also, there is a beautiful park with a great kids' playground nearby.

Nothing to fault.

The breakfast, particularly the fresh fruit (maybe a few more bananas in the bowl!) The comfortable chairs in the room and the small kitchen for tea/coffee etc. Reasonable access to Aldstadt and Airport by trams/bus. Staff very helpful and friendly

Gluten free bread would have been helpful (Brot ohne gluten)

The best thing about this hotel is the super soft bed + morning breakfast served as a great buffet. Second of all I would like to point out that the room we stayed at had a surprising kitchen with cooker/coffee machine/boiling kettle/cooker and fridge installed in a closet :)

The only negative thing was the "kingsize" bed where we slept with our baby in the middle. The bed surpsisingly consisted of 2 movable beds, very hard to keep close to teach other, thus we had to block them from both sides by other pieces of furniture to prevent our baby from falling through.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to reach the city center in just a short ride. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the park, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is very nicely furnished. There is a car park that is free of charge right behind the hotel. The room (we had a double) was spacious and clean, we even had a small built-in kitchenette in the hall with all the necessary appliances.

The room was spacious clean and comfortable. A bit of street noise but we had the window open. A good selection on offer for breakfast. Route 90 bus stop across the road. A 10min walk to tram stop then 6 stops to Postplatz (centre). Carpark for about 10 cars. Also a laundromat nearby. At the tram line turn left then 1st left again. This hotel is great value at €57/night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location, as it was next to a beautiful park with a nice kids' playground. It's also conveniently located close to a tram station, making it easy to reach the city center in just 10 minutes. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the room were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast is well-prepared. The room was supplied with a mini-kitchen, enough untensils, coffee-machine.

The reception personnel were not always available! Even by telephone were not able to reach them always! The hotel does not have a lobby!

The hotel was adequate, a little outdated, but comfortable. The location is okay for sightseeing, even though the streetcar stop is a couple of long blocks away. We drove out car and found plenty of parking in city center of Dresden. The breakfast was adequate, though the bread was not fresh. For the money it was a fairly good deal.

The man at the reception desk was not very helpful. He answered our questions just barely, but would not elaborate on anything. Could have used more help on what to see and do in Dresden.
